What it is

Stage-focused coaching.

Preparing for a bodybuilding show is a long project made of small decisions: training, conditioning, recovery and knowing when to hold and when to adjust. The MetroFlex coaching team has lived that process.

Prep is not a generic diet and a countdown. Bring your category, your timeline and where you are now. The team will tell you honestly what the work looks like from here.

Who it is for

  • You are planning a first show and do not know where to start.
  • You have competed before and want a more experienced eye on conditioning.
  • You want training and recovery handled as one plan.
  • You understand that prep takes patience, not a crash.

The shape of it

How prep is handled.

An honest starting point

A conversation about your show, category, timeline and training history. The team needs the real picture, not the version from social media.

The weekly work

Training and conditioning decisions are reviewed as you go. The plan changes when your body changes, not on a fixed script.

The stage

You go on stage prepared, with a plan you understand and a team that knows what it took to get there.

  • Contest timeline review
  • Training and conditioning
  • Recovery-aware decisions
  • Check-ins with the coaching team
